I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the spacious one-bedroom apartment and the convenient location near the Thonglor BTS station. However, I was disappointed by the lack of breakfast included in my package and some wear and tear in the amenities like bathrobes. The attentive staff and great dining options did make up for some of these shortcomings.
